Warranty Policy

KuKirin offers a limited warranty for all electric scooters.

1-Year Warranty: covers the battery and electric motor.

30-Day Warranty: covers frame components, mechanical parts and accessories included in the box.

The warranty does not cover accidents, water damage beyond the IP rating, misuse, reckless riding, normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, grips), or any modifications and unauthorised repairs.

To submit a claim, contact info@kukirin.co.uk with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide repair, replacement or return instructions. If a return is needed, we will provide the refurb centre address.
